For the past few weeks, I’ve been using GPT-3 to help me with personal development. I wanted to see if it could help me understand issues in my life better, pull out patterns in my thinking, help me bring more gratitude into my life, and clarify my values.
Uses This is a collection of nerdy interviews asking people from all walks of life what they use to get the job done.
Yesterday, I came across a somber tweet by a man who’s trying to protect his family from Covid. He said, “my wife has been speaking with the principal of my children’s elementary school and that he has been advising her to file for divorce because I was clearly not well and ‘my life revolves around fear.’”

Anna’s Archive is a project that aims to catalog all the books in existence, by aggregating data from various sources. We also track humanity’s progress toward making all these books easily available in digital form, through “shadow libraries”.
Most Mac users find Spotlight, Apple’s built-in tool for searching through apps and files, to suit their needs just fine. But power users who want to have near total control over their computer (as well as access to shortcuts and tools) have often looked for other alternatives. In this tutorial, we’re going to build a tiny, standalone, online Certificate Authority (CA) that will mint TLS certificates and is secured with a YubiKey. It will be an internal ACME server on our local network (ACME is the same protocol used by Let’s Encrypt). The YubiKey will securely store the CA private keys and sign certificates, acting as a cheap alternative to a Hardware Security Module (HSM). We’ll also use an open-source True Random Number Generator, called Infinite Noise TRNG, to spice up the Linux entropy pool.

The analogy worked so well in helping her to understand her co-workers that I decided to write it up and put it on the web. I’ve gotten quite a few email messages since then from other people who have also found it helpful.
People often wonder how startup CEOs spend their time. Well, I’m a bit obsessive, and I track every 15-minute increment of how I spend my time and I’ve been doing so religiously for years. A little background — as a four-time founder, I’ve historically been on the technical side of the companies, either as an individual contributor or leading engineering teams. My role as CEO of Levels is my first non-technical role.

It was one of the most searing images of the twentieth century: two young boys, two princes, walking behind their mother’s coffin as the world watched in sorrow—and horror. As Princess Diana was laid to rest, billions wondered what Prince William and Prince Harry must be thinking and feeling and how their lives would play out from that point on. Purchase from Amazon.de
